Digital delivery and access
Academic Guardian is browser-based subscription software. No physical product is shipped, so there are no shipping charges or delivery destinations.
- Joining the waitlist or applying for the teacher pilot does not create a subscription and does not charge you.
- When the paid beta opens, Stripe Checkout will show the selected plan, billing interval, currency and total before payment.
- After Checkout confirms payment, access and the plan's monthly credit allocation will be applied to the signed-in Academic Guardian account for use in the web app.
- If access is not applied after a successful payment, contact support@academicguardian.ai. We aim to respond within 2 business days (AEST).
Pricing notes
- Credits are consumed by checks and analyses; each check shows its credit cost before it runs.
- There are no free trials and no one-time credit packs at launch.
- Free monthly credits expire at the next monthly refresh and do not accumulate.
- Unused paid monthly credits remain available for three billing cycles.
- Individual paid plans use the same core workflow; monthly credits and project capacity vary by plan.
- Downgrading never deletes documents or reports; creation limits apply while over the Free allowance.
- Annual subscriptions are billed once per year but credits still refresh monthly.
- Cancel any time — see our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
- Checkout and subscription management are processed securely by Stripe.
